Welcome to the CBFMail User Guide. This should be your first port-of-call when you need help. The guide explains how to use the many features contained in your new email account, and can help you if you are going wrong.

If you are encountering a User or System error, then you can use the "Notify" button to contact CBFMail Support. If there is no "Notify" button, or you are not yet logged into the CBFMail system, click here.

Use the "Getting Started" bar at the top of the screen to navigate the User Guide. Select a location from the drop down box for a list of related topics. To return here at any time, select "Home". The "Back" button allows you to travel back through topics you have viewed, and will ultimately take you out of the User Guide.

If you are logged in, use "Back" to return to the last page you were using in CBFMail. Please click "Log Off" as normal to end your session. If you are not logged in, please use "CBFMail.com" on the "Getting Started" bar to return to our homepage.
